Digital data from the perspective of the humanities scientist – online conference

The one-day online conference prepared within the LINDAT / CLARIAH-CZ project offers a meeting place for researchers working with digital data in the humanities, experts developing research infrastructures and all students and others interested in digital research. It is an opportunity to get feedback or suggestions, establish cooperation and meet partners for future projects.

Conference Knihověda.cz – Czech book culture online

The aim of the conference is to present the research potential of the Knihověda.cz web portal to experts from various research areas and to initiate a broader methodological discussion on the development and further direction of Czech codicology and bibliology.

The annual conference of the Alliance of Digital Humanities Organizations (ADHO) is currently underway. This year’s event is organized in the form of an online conference. Registration is open through the whole event.

EADH research grants for early-stage researchers

The European Association for the Digital Humanities is launching a competition to support small projects. The aim is to promote the development of education in the digital humanities through the development and use of computational methods in research and teaching in the humanities and related fields.

The challenge is suitable for beginning researchers. Applicants must become members of EADH, which is possible either directly or through affiliated organizations such as the Czech Association for Digital Humanities (CzADH).

The deadline for submitting a project proposal is 30 September 2020.
